Business Development Representative

We value goal-driven reps who can grow our existing accounts, pursue new accounts and turn leads into long-lasting relationships.

What you’ll own

  • Meet and exceed prospecting, lead and pipeline quotas
  • Engage in solutions- and value-based conversations to influence customers
  • Maintain and leverage accurate customer records within CRM tool
  • Develop process to ensure meaningful customer touch and experience
  • Generate leads through cold-calling, emailing, etc. to meet targets
  • Present and demonstrate value of our platform to prospective buyers

Experience you’ll need

2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably selling SaaS solutions

  • Proven track record of exceptional sales success
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
  • Understanding and experience in selling to HR and Finance organizations
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), including outstanding telephone presence
  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Strong business and financial acumen
  • Self-motivated, accountable approach, combined with strong sense of teamwork
